Returns Information

We hope you’re delighted with your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 7 working days of receiving your order.

How to return an item:

1. Email us at merchandise@msv.com to let us know you’d like to return your order
2. Send your item(s), unused and in original condition, to:

Please include your order confirmation and (if possible) the reason for your return.

Important return conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Clothing must be unworn with all tags still attached
• We recommend checking items before removing tags or packaging

Refunds:

• Refunds are processed within 30 days of receiving your return
• Funds will be returned to your original payment method
• Alternatively, you can request store credit for future purchases

Please note:

• Delivery and return postage costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty
• Returns outside the 7-day window may be accepted at our discretion (store credit only)
• We cannot accept returns on:
  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Unsealed audio, video, or software products
